Heatwave

Well today was definitely not what I had been hoping for. The sun was once again blazing directely down on all of us here in the Gem State (not literaly, I know my geography!) and temperatures reached a high (so far) of 103 degrees... Yay.

But tonight should hold more promise! My younger borther, my boyfriend, his friends, and I are out to see a movie (a rather momentous occasion in this small town.) Hopefully it wont be too dramatic/angst filled... And somehow I doubt it will be either.

Also, I have had little time and patience to update any of my stories down on fictionpress.net (com) and so I completely trashed my account in a fit of Writer's Block. Well-here is to a fresh new start right? Maybe now I can start adjusting the mood of my ficletts to be somewhat less-angsty. Afet all-dont people want to see the upside of things? (Though I was recentely told by my good friend Chris that 'no, people want to see people who have it worse than them, it makes us feel better...)

Well crap.
Anyways, got to get ready to go out, so-till tomorrow.
